Sarah Hyland confronted by 'Love Island' contestant for 'disrespectful' comment: Watch

During an unexpected elimination on "Love Island," Sarah Hyland was put in the spotlight as the person in charge.

Hyland, who hosts Peacock's reality-dating series based on the British show of the same name, was confronted by Mike Starks this week after fellow competitor Vickala "Kay Kay" Gray stated she wanted to dump herself, 

which eliminated the travel nurse from the competition. 

Hyland's series is based on the show of the same name in the United Kingdom.

Gray made the choice to exit the show after Keenan Anunay, who she was competing with, was eliminated from the competition.

Gray stated, "I would also like to voluntarily leave," and I agree. "I feel like I've found what I came here for, and I'd like to leave with Keenan," she said. "I'd like to leave with Keenan."

Because of Anunay's great energy, Gray decided to team up with him at the beginning of Season 5 of "The Bachelor."
