Quarterback for the New Orleans Saints has been suspended for the first six games of the 2023 season.

The National Football League has suspended a quarterback for the New Orleans Saints.

Jacob Haener, the Saints' fourth-round draft pick in 2023 and former Fresno State quarterback, has been suspended for the first six games of the 2023 NFL  season.

According to reports, Haener violated the NFL's performance-enhancing substance policy.

The Falcons' quarterback depth chart currently includes Derek Carr, Jameis Winston, and Taysom Hill. In other words, they will be alright.

Despite saying that, the Saints have high expectations for Haener.

.During his undergraduate career, he was a standout for the Fresno State Bulldogs.

 During the 2021 season, Haener threw for 4,096 yards, 33 touchdowns, and nine interceptions. 

The Saints kick off the 2023 season against the Tennessee Titans on September 10th.
