Lotto alert as $999,000 prize goes unclaimed, making them only the second winner of the new game.

On Wednesday night, a lottery player in Little Rock, Arkansas, won the latest drawing for $999,000 but has yet to claim the prize.

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has disclosed that the winning LOTTO lottery ticket was purchased at J Grace Mart Inc.

Eric Hagler, executive director of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, stated, "We encourage everyone who played LOTTO at J Grace Mart Inc. to check their tickets."The winner has 180 days from the September 13 draw date to redeem their prize."

"We're eager to find out who won and look forward to congratulating the winner soon," he added.

The winning ticket had the following numbers: 1, 5, 17, 18, 23, and 39. They will be the second LOTTO jackpot winner if the prize is claimed.

Meanwhile, if a $50,000 Powerball ticket goes unclaimed, it would expire in only weeks.

A winning ticket from the April 5 draw was sold in Arizona, but it will expire on October 2.

If you feel this is you, verify the numbers on your ticket, which should read: 3-5-9-42-52 and Powerball number 11.

Winning tickets must be claimed in the states where they were purchased. To win the $50,000 reward, you must match four numbers plus the Powerball number.

There were 13 winners in that April drawing whose tickets matched the numbers to win $50,000.
