Ezequiel Tovar had three singles and drove in a career-high four runs, and the Colorado Rockies defeated the San Francisco Giants 9-5 on Saturday in Denver.

LaMonte Wade Jr. homered and Thairo Estrada collected four hits for San Francisco (75-73),
which had won 16 of 17 games against the Rockies dating back to August of 2022. The Giants jumped out to an early lead against Rockies starter Brent Suter.
To load the bases, Wade walked, Luis Matos was hit by a pitch, and Brandon Crawford walked. San Francisco took a 2-0 lead on a double by Blake Sabol.
