Dak Prescott Saddened By Cowboys' Quarterback Decision

The Cowboys made major quarterback moves this week.

Dallas' trade for 49ers quarterback Trey Lance shocked the NFL. Thus, the Cowboys will release Will Grier.

Grier performed well in Saturday's final preseason game, but he'll be released this week.

The development saddens Cowboys star Dak Prescott.

"My heart and mind are with Will right now. Honestly, it's hard. Love him to death over there. He plays hard, comes in, and prepares well every day "said.

Prescott will be Lance's good teammate.

"I mean obviously understand it's a business," Prescott remarked. You're always wanting to improve your team, and that's a first-round talent.

But it was the front office, so we'll welcome him like any teammate and hope he improves us. Continue working hard and remember that we have one goal as a team."
