On Tuesday, the Dallas Cowboys apparently acquired a recent first-round draft pick.
The Miami Dolphins traded cornerback Noah Igbinoghene to the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for cornerback Kelvin Joseph,
according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Igbinoghene was selected 30th overall in the 2020 draft, while Joseph was selected in the second round in 2021.
Igbinoghene has appeared in the same number of games over the past two seasons after appearing in 16 during his debut season.
In 2022, he appeared in nine games and had ten tackles. The 23-year-old has 29 total tackles
five passes defended, one interception, and one fumble recovery in his career. As a rookie, he also saw experience as a kick returner.
Igbinoghene became expendable after the Dolphins signed veteran cornerback Eli Apple last month to replace standout cornerback Jalen Ramsey
who was acquired in a trade with the Los Angeles Rams but would miss a significant portion of the 2023 season
