The ownership of the Las Vegas Raiders does not currently include Tom Brady.
Brady joining the Raiders ownership group was reportedly announced in May.
The squad is owned by Mark Davis, who took over ownership in 2011 after his father, Al, passed away.
Brady's ownership stake with the Raiders, according to an update from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero, hasn't been formalized.
This gives the 46-year-old legend the option to come out of retirement once more and play for another side if he so chooses:
According to insiders, the New York Jets did not contact Tom Brady after Aaron Rodgers tore his Achilles and was out for the season.
The legendary quarterback has made it quite obvious that he is officially retiring this time.
Brady will be able to play for any team indefinitely, at least through the month of October and possibly beyond.
