After seeing Nick Bosa's 49ers megadeal, J.J. Watt had the perfect retirement joke.

Recently departed pass rusher J.J. Watt took notice when San Francisco 49ers defensive ,

end Nick Bosa inked a record-breaking new contract extension.

With a five-year, $170 million agreement with San Francisco, Bosa,

the current Defensive Player of the Year winner, became the highest-paid defensive player in the NFL.

When Watt, a generational player in his own way, learned about Bosa's big contract,

he immediately wondered if he should come out of retirement in order to receive a similar salary.

Of course the legendary former Houston Texans player is joking, but... perhaps he isn't?

It seems that you now know the cost if you're an NFL franchise and want to genuinely persuade Watt to come out of retirement.
